The hotel offers beautiful views but comes with some drawbacks like constant background noise and a delay in room availability. Having a child may not be ideal due to many stairs to the beach and a less exciting pool for kids. However, still considering booking for next year despite concerns about child-friendly activities.

The rooms have stunning views and a nice touch with tea and coffee available, but the constant sound of draining water from above can be bothersome. Hairdryer is inconvenient. Not very child-friendly at the moment.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, especially Juan, Angel, and Isabella. The chill-out bar lives up to its name, offering a relaxed atmosphere. Service is efficient with various additional services available.

The hotel offers really clean rooms with a modern décor and a spacious balcony, though they missed providing milk and coffee twice. The spa being free for the holidays is a big plus, but noise from the sea and jetskis can be a bit bothersome. The service is extremely friendly and helpful, with some minor mishaps like reaching over the table during dinner. The location is perfect, within a 30-minute walk to the marina and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The dining experience is exceptional, with a fantastic variety and high-quality food. Overall, a great stay marred only by a few small issues.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were just as expected, clean and comfy with some minor issues. The service was excellent, with a friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for us, easy to get around, but there were some cleanliness concerns. The dining experience was good but could use more variety. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with a few areas for improvement.
